Ethics:
Communicate with administrators and staff on the mayor’s ‘no tolerance’ policy on unethical practices. Encourage “whistle blowers” and assist with the formulation of a citizen panel charged with oversight on ethical issues and independent audits.
Alert the mayor of questionable ethical practices in an attempt to avoid public relations dilemmas and potential costly legal issues.
Efficiency:Assist the mayor in streamlining government agencies with volunteer business, media, educators, and community leaders charged with a mission statement of improving communication with the mayor's office. Update the mayor on the progress of the efficiency programs.
Educate administrators and of their primary mission to serve the Orange County Taxpayers.
Consult with Orange TV on the production of first class community interactive programming to expand employment, training, and business expansion.
Economy:
Expand training programs from the Mayor's Economic and Jobs Summits.
Attend the college access annual conference at UCF, and other college and university research conferences. Request data for the mayor on the success of students obtaining high paying jobs and initiating small businesses.
Communicate the latest input from the Economic Development Commission, Entrepreneurer Center, chambers, and other business organizations on the progress of the Orange County economy to the mayor.
Entrepreneurship:
Attend chamber functions and meet with corporate leaders, city, state and federal officials and community leaders to assist in coordinating, with the mayors' staff, world class businesses throughout Orange County. Coordinate training programs eith the Entrepreneur Center.
Environment:
Support the mayor’s strong stand on conservation, environmental protection, and alternative energy by educating the public via media collaborative news programs that inform the public of job and business growth in those environmental areas.
